IMC Corporation has added a new Amada EMK3610NT Punch
Press. The EM Series provides high speed punching with a
servo-electric, direct twin drive system which increases ram speed
and eliminates unnecessary ram motion. It processes 8' sheets
without repositioning which reduces process time and improves
accuracy! It delivers superior edge quality and
accuracy. The brush table design provides scratch-free
processing, eliminating costly secondary finishing to our
customers!
To make it even more efficient, we added the MP 1530 Turret
Automation which automates the loading and unloading and allows
unmanned operation of the punch press. The automation
consistently loads and unloads one sheet every 34 seconds without
operator assistance. Sheets are automatically removed and
neatly stacked. The combination Punch Press and Automation has
dramatically increased our production output!
