Pay is based on experiance and will be determined after the interview process is completed.

Candidates must have:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in a Quality Managers or Supervisory role
• Complete knowledge of GD&T
• Blue print reading skills
• Basic knowledge of PPAP
• First Article submissions to Government Contractors (preferred but not required)
• Must be highly detail oriented
• Must be self-motivated
• Must demonstrate sense of urgency and timely responses to customer concerns
• Must be very familiar with ISO9001:2008 standard and all processes to maintain certification and registration.

Job Description:

This position will report directly to the President and will be responsible for all of the quality systems of the organization.  Quality Manager will also be the champion of all of the continuous improvement activities of the company.

In addition, IMC employees must be able to:

• Communicate well with IMC employees (written & oral)
• Read and comprehend routers (work instructions)
• Work well in a team environment

Shift:

• Show up to work on time, every time scheduled
• 5 days per week, 9-hour days
• 1st Shift
  • Monday to Thursday 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
  • Fridays 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
• Some overtime may be required
